Any Time at All

The interesting Beatles fact for "Any Time at All" is that this Lennon composition sold for 6000 pounds at a Sotheby's auction in 1988. Lennon himself compared the song to "It Won't Be Long," claiming that it was just another song with basic chord changes while he shouted. Many fans, however, find that "Any Time at All" is a bit more sophisticated, especially with the backing piano and the innovative use of electric guitar sttings.

The song was recorded at Abbey Road Studios on June 2, 1964 and was featured on the LP A Hard Day's Night in Britain and the Something New LP in America.

Lennon handles the vocal and rhythm guitar. McCartney plays bass and piano. Harrison plays lead guitar, and Starr plays drums.
