Here, There, and Everywhere

This McCartney song for Revolver was written near John's pool. An interesting Beatles fact is that the song was inspired by the Beach Boys' "God Only Knows." "Here, There, and Everywhere" was recorded on June 14, 1966 at Abbey Road Studios. Lennon was steadfast in his admiration for this song, believing it was one of the best songs Paul ever wrote. It was performed by McCartney in his film Give My Regards to Broad Street.

McCartney's lead vocal is double-tracked, with Lennon and Harrison providing backing vocals. McCartney plays acoustic guitar, Harrison lead guitar, and Starr drums.
